The surgery on David Beckham's torn Achilles' tendon has been completed.
The 34-year-old midfielder was injured in the closing minutes of AC Milan's 1-0 win over Chievo Verona on Sunday and is expected to miss the World Cup.
Posh was hoping to use David's Achilles' tendon to firm up the softballs in her chest.
